Short Course

As part of my PME course work, myself and other students worked together to make a collaborative Short Course for Junior Cycle. Short Course are becoming an increasingly popular component of the Junior Cycle Framework and schools may choose to provide courses provided by the NCCA or develop their own based what they wish to offer students.

This Short Course is titled 'Life Drawing: Storytelling with Community Engagement'.

It provides students with a visual and kinaesthetic experience of life drawing as well as development of their critical thinking and visual literacy skills through art appreciation, and participation in a socially engaged community project and exhibition.
